TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dining Room can accommodate up to 46 for inside seated events and up to 80 persons for a standing cocktail event.
180 persons for standing cocktail (Inside and outside use)
Both of type can use outside area as well.
Available for lunchtime events on basically 3hrs during 12pm and 15:30pm.
Dinner events on 3hrs during 6pm and 10:30pm.

*If you have extended time of hire, we can charge every 1hour.
A charge of $300 per hour and $400per hour on November, December, Public Holidays and any others special event period
Restaurant hire fee will not apply if the inclusive spend- foods and beverage- requirements are met.
Inclusive spend of $3000 will apply for lunch time events (Monday to Friday).
Inclusive spend of $4000 will apply for Monday to Thursday evening events.
Inclusive spend of $5500 will apply for Friday / Saturday evening and Saturday lunch events.
*Please note for the months of November and December, Public Holidays and any others special event period a minimum spend of
$4000 for all time lunch (Monday to Friday)
$5500 will apply for Monday to Thursday evening
$6500 Friday dinner
$7000 Saturday lunch and dinner
$7500 Sunday lunch and dinner
will apply to all events in Yukis restaurant.
*Please ask to us if you have plan of event on Sunday and Public Holiday.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Yukis restaurant’s terms and conditions must be completed, sighed and returned to us with a 25% or $1000 deposit (if your deposit not reached $1000) deposit to ensure your booking is confirmed. Final payment must be settled prior to the event. We accept all major credit cards and cash only. Please note that Yukis does not accept personal cheques.
FINAL GUSEST NUMBERS
are to be confirmed 5 working days prior to the event. This number can be decreased or increased however the numbers confirmed 5 working days prior is the minimum number that will be charged.
Any increase to the minimum number must be within our accepted capacity and will be charged for at the quoted and agreed price per person.
SURCHARGE
Please note that a 10% surcharge will also apply to all events held on Sunday and public holidays. This is in addition to the agreed inclusive spending. We will take cake surcharge as well. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
